My husband and I had a wonderful recent car buying experience at Niello BMW Elk Grove. Their sales advisor quickly found the particular car we were looking to purchase, and expertly explained all the new features built into today's vehicles. The financing was an easy process, and not as time-consuming as so often is the case during the purchasing process. The showroom has been redesigned for the customer's comfort and the staff's efficiency. We have used the Niello Elk Grove service department to work on our cars for several decades, and highly recommend their mechanics for all BMW repairs and servicing.

I typically dread having to go into a car dealership for a vehicle, knowing it is going to be an unpleasant experience. I recently had a VERY unpleasant experience at another dealership just a few days ago. Let me tell you what, I honestly don’t know where to begin to explain on how GREAT of an experience I had here at Niello! From start to finish, it was a fast and friendly experience, that I can honestly say I have never experienced anywhere else before, EVER! Communication was outstanding. I didn’t get low balled for my trade in like other places. I was treated with respect and dignity, (which I know many of you reading this have experienced the exact opposite elsewhere). I drove almost 100 miles to make the deal. They held the vehicle for me, ended up getting me a better deal than their in house financing offered, and I was able to leave with the vehicle, as well as scheduled maintenance, premium extended warranty, AND gap insurance. Ozzie was a blast to deal with. We shared stories with each other which was cool, and every single person I interacted with there (forgive me for forgetting their names), was very much an experience that I enjoyed. I can’t say enough how GREAT of an experience this was, and if you value your time and money, look no place other than Niello BMW Elk Grove!
