Their ratings across all car sites is exemplary and reflective of the level of service and vehicles they offer. As an out of state buyer - I can highly recommend VML. Every interaction from initially inquiring about the vehicle, scheduling them to drop the vehicle for a PPI to discussing pricing was fantastic. After the PPI I feared the pressure tactics and fees or marks ups on the price, especially as I was flying in. None of this happened, the price was as advertised, no financing requirements, no huge down payment, no internet special pricing... None of it. I dealt with Mike mostly and he was accommodating, professional and upfront. Andrea was responsive and made sure all it's were crossed and I's dotted for a smooth transaction. I could have stayed hours longer talking to Mike about cars and Andrea about dogs. Good thing I have a 4+ hr drive ahead of me otherwise I might not have left. Furthermore, if you need anymore evidence VML has been in business so long they use an AOL email address!

If I could leave six stars, I would. I bought my car from out of state and everyone at VML was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with their responses. Buying cars is normally a stressful process especially from 3 hours away with nothing but Google Reviews to go by. I was very impressed with how easy the entire process well and the car was EXACTLY as advertised. Hopefully they’re still around when I want my next BMW.

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a 2015 BMW X3 from VML. Everyone we worked with- Chris, Vinny & Andrea- were extremely friendly, knowledgable and easy-going. We did't feel any kind of pressure to buy at any time- which is huge for us, especially considering how many new & used car dealerships/salespeople operate. I would highly recommend VML and will certainly look to them the next time we're in the market for a car.
