5 stars every time! I’ve been taking my BMWs here for 5 years and every question or issue I’ve had has been professionally diagnosed or handled accordingly. The loaner is always available when booked ahead and my service advisors, currently Andrew, always go above and beyond. On the sales Team several members, especially Greg, are always ready and eager to help. Even when warranty issues came up involving corporate BMW they gave me the advice and put in the effort needed to resolve everything. They understand these vehicles are more than just cars to some of the owners- and most share the passion themselves. I would 100% recommend working with this dealer especially after the experiences I’ve had elsewhere. Oh and they also do a pretty good job cleaning:

From the presentation in the outside to the inside, you know your in the right place. We had an appointment at 9 in the morning, and was greeted as soon as we walked in.
