Excellent prices, excellent customer service. I drove from College Station because of these 2 things. Rick got me with his quick ability to cut the price and Michael was top notch with his customer service. I highly recommend Vandergriff Hyundai for all your car needs. After visiting several dealerships, I was beyond relieved when I arrived at this dealership. I was greeted with kindness, patience, and answers to my questions. The only part that I REALLY do not like (which I understand it’s part of their jobs) is the haggling over getting GAP and extended warranties. I fully understand those extra items. The continuous trying to get me to get those items and basically saying my decision making wasn’t good if I didn’t was really annoying. I’m already tired of sitting there all day so that part just get on my nerves. Overall, my salesperson Michael was amazing. The environment from all the employees were great and difference from other dealership. I would definitely recommend.
