We recently had the pleasure of doing business to purchase vehicles from BMW of Beaumont. The experience was a great one as everyone directly involved did an outstanding job. Our Sales Associate John Robinson worked endlessly to ensure we were satisfied and happy through all phases of the process. He did EVERYTHING he said he would in a timely fashion. John and Rocky were able to acquire our vehicle and get it to Beaumont. Rocky stepped in to assist with the completion of one transaction when the car arrived due to our original associate being out and that worked out seamlessly. John performed in a very professional manner and made us feel as if “ we were the most important people in the building. Jeff even made the financial portion painless. Appreciate working with Mark on the purchase of a M440i - was friendly, professional and easy to work out the details.
