Excellent service. Went to test drive a car to hopefully get it as a gift and the sales manager made us a deal we couldn't refuse. After the purchase they even had the recipient come outside and they put a red bow on it for them. Excellent car, one owner, low miles, well kept and is now driven by someone who absolutely loves it! Thanks also to Nathan Lovell for contacting his manager ahead of us arriving, since he was still out on maternity leave. Appreciate the over-the-top customer service all the way around.

I recently purchased a 2020 Lincoln Aviator from Jackie Cooper Mercedes. My cars warranty was under Bill Knight Ford on 41st and Memorial. I had to take my car there multiple times to get the same problem , not fixed each time. Then because Bill Knights service department could not fix the problem, they concocted a story to be able to refuse service. Now, would you be frustrated if you brought your car to be serviced multiple times and get treated like you’re the problem that’s the reason why they can’t fix your car. Thanks to the rescue of Jackie Cooper imports. Ryan and JT managers, and salesmen Danny. They went above and beyond, to help me with the issues I was having with my car. They sent my car to Oklahoma City Lincoln dealership, had it back in 1 week. (Good luck in having that happen at Bill Knight , nightmare!). My car is back to normal, no problems. Bill Knight had my car for 2 months, and could not fix what Jackie Cooper fixed in less than 1 week. If you want a company with INTEGRITY! , Jackie Cooper Mercedes should be your first choice.
