2020 BMW X5 xDrive40i

I went car shopping today for my new drivers first car. Went to 1 lot that had been recommended and ended up not finding anything there, then my brother in law took us to Beck's. Max greeted us and helped us find 1 car in our budget and one a little bit over. Surprise, surprise, we liked the more expensive car: so clean it looks brand spanking new! Max was fabulous. He worked a deal that, even though it WAS more than I planned on spending, it didn't totally break us. He even attended to a couple small items that wouldn't have broken the deal, but were still things that bothered us a bit. Smoothest, easiest, most stress free car buying experience I've ever had. We are paying the balance and picking the car up Monday. I'm happy, my new driver is THRILLED, and I feel confident that I can count on Max in the future! When it comes time for me to finally part with my current car, I will 100% be going back to see Max. 10/10 Highly recommend! Go see Max at Beck's!

Buying a used car is usually a terrifying process. Our sales guy, Max, made it fun and worry-free. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the car we chose. After we had some minor issues with it, he worked tirelessly, sometimes even on his day off, to make sure the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Beck's Auto Group and Max. Purchased two vehicles from Becks in the last week and I couldn’t be more pleased! Amazing staff, very friendly, not at all pushy. Very easy transactions. Worked with both Sam and Alex and both were great to work with! Even left my license there on accident and Alex drove it to my house to drop it off. Above and beyond service!
