Sales rep Brandon was awesome!!! He was very helpful, knowledgeable & patient. He answered all my questions! The owner Sean was very fair with our trade in & the purchase price of our new car. Chris the finance manger was very thorough and explained all of the paperwork well. My family has bought from Harvard Ford in the past, and I came back for the great customer service! We get all our maintenence/ service work done there as well. Hands down the best dealership we have ever dealt with/ & will continue to do business with!!! Just had a great experience purchasing some fleet vehicles. It was actually enjoyable. I was in and out. Brandon was super helpful. I mean he probably was more educated on each vehicle than Henry himself. I was impressed. Bob didn’t mess around with the paper work. The test drive took longer than the paper work. That’s never happened to me. Amazing service for sure.
