My sales person Nathan was top notch, communicated awesome and went up and above for me. They delivered my car to my home flawlessly and their product specialist Chris came with the car and gave me a fantastic overview of my new vehicle and even programmed my garage remotes to the vehicle while he was here. When we made our way over to Mercedes we could tell that it was a step above what we were used to in customer service. I have had great experience in purchasing vehicles. However, It's obvious that there is a "Mercedes way". Nate and his team were fantastic. I am confident that as I need things in the future that they will be extremely helpful. Little review does not do merit to our experience but just know that it was phenomenal. They truly went above and beyond.

Had to have my car towed in to have serviced. Anna was fantastic. She helped my wife and I every step of the way and helped coordinate with the tow truck. She was quick to respond when updating us on the repairs. Anna has a great attitude and made it all very easy and free of stress. With everything else going on, car troubles are the last thing you want to have on your mind. Anna made us feel like a priority. And of course, big appreciation for/to the repair team for getting me back on the road. They are efficient, fast and honest people who clearly do great work. Thanks again.
