As an out-of-town buyer, I'd like to share that I had a outstanding experience working with these folks on a car purchase just last weekend (7/13/24). The car was accurately represented and rather than trying to hide flaws, they went out of their way to point out blemishes in their walk around video. When I called with follow-up questions, Tommy took the time to do a facetime video so I could look at the car more closely. He was even willing to put it on a lift so I could look underneath. When I asked if he could take the car to a mechanic of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection, he readily agreed. When I called around Cedar Rapids looking for a mechanic, the mechanics who were too busy to look at the car still asked where I was looking. When I told them European Motors Limited, they said positive things such as "They have a good reputation", "They've been in business a long time and are clearly doing something right", "I've never heard anything bad and they've been around as long as I can remember". Once I found a good mechanic, the car checked out just fine. When I came in from out of town for a final inspection, I had to smile when Kyle was looking over part of the car and saying "I know there's a scratch here somewhere but now I can't find it". When I purchased the car, the paperwork was quick, straightforward, and without any surprises or hidden fees. I really enjoyed working with Tommy and Kyle and meeting the owners.
