My wife and I had a great experience from start to finish at Volkswagen of Peoria! We live in Ohio, but were able to work out everything remotely and fly in to take delivery of the vehicle. I was unfamiliar with the service department and processes so having the service personnel talk me through all the steps was very helpful. He checked on me as I sat in the waiting area and kept following up with updates. I felt well taken care of. In addition, the vehicle wash was a bonus value-add!
