Everything about this place is top notch from the sales staff to the service department. Since the day we purchased our Jaguar from this dealership to now we have always been satisfied. We just recently had our Jaguar serviced here and had some unexpected things come up during the inspection. Charlie was our advisor from the service department and was excellent to work with. Some of the items were covered under warranty whereas some of the other items weren’t. Got a nice video from the technician explaining everything that was done and what they found during their inspection. Charlie explained pricing up front and went over all of my options. There was initially an issue on the final invoice regarding some pricing that we had discussed and he was quick to resolve it. I was very impressed by the way he handled it. Many dealers I’ve dealt with in the past have always been quick to argue when they would make a mistake whereas Charlie made it right without hesitation. I wish all car dealerships operated the way that this one does.

Brent Bell was amazing to deal with in buying our Jaguar F Pace. We live about an hour and a half from this dealership and we will definitely be back. The whole experience was great and they had everything ready when we arrived for pick up. Matt did a wonderful job going over all of the features on the car and had great knowledge and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Finance was simple and she went over the extra options without being pushy like some dealerships I have dealt with in the past. We did take 2 options that we felt had great value for our needs at a good price. Just an overall great car buying experience and everyone there was very helpful and kind.
