2020 BMW X6 xDrive40i

I had been on the hunt for a Lincoln Aviator for some time. I found one online at Bluegrass BMW that was priced much more reasonably than anything else I had seen. I live in Kansas so Paducah is about a 7 hour drive. I wasn’t crazy about the idea of driving that far to check out a car I may or may not like. I reached out to ask a few questions and Isaac responded very promptly. He was so good to answer all my questions in a timely manner. He even went as far as to send me a video walkthrough of the entire vehicle. I gave him all the information on the vehicle I had to trade and he offered a very fair price. After chatting with Isaac for a day or so I felt comfortable enough to make the trip down to purchase the car. I spoke with Chance over the phone to take care of the payment. He was very nice and got me taken care of. When I arrived at Bluegrass BMW I was greeted by Isaac and he walked me through the car again, but in person. The car was exactly as described, maybe even better. He had everything ready for me I just had to sign a few things and I was on my way back to Kansas. Matt went over all the bookwork with me, thoroughly explaining everything. This might be the only car buying experience (of many) in which I have had no complaints. Seriously, everyone here was so helpful and professional which unfortunately is becoming more and more rare in car sales. My only wish would be that they weren’t so far away but truthfully my experience was so great I wouldn’t hesitate to make the trip again for another car. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!

I took my car in for service this morning and as always, Jacob and the rest of the service team did a great job. Everyone is always super friendly and I think they love my car just as much as I do. Waiting area has coffee, water, and comfy seating so I can camp out while she gets her work done. Yessss. I could drive to Nashville for equally great service, but I like that this location is smaller and quieter, in addition to being only an hour away compared to two hours to Nashville. I appreciate that they wash her up and keep me uodated on her progress.

Joe, Matt, and Issac did an excellent job helping me with my 2024 M3 CS I was fortunate enough to order with their dealership. This was my first experience purchasing a new BMW but it will not be my last from Bluegrass Paducah! Their whole team is great and I can’t wait to go back for my service after the sale!
