2021 BMW X5

I brought my last two BMW’s to Motorwerks for service and Shawn Simonet was my contact, and my go to person anytime I’ve had questions. Recently I saw a vehicle online I was interested in purchasing. I showed up early, and thankfully Shawn was working. This was my first purchase from Motorwerks but by far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Shawn and his team are exceptional and I’m loving my M440i.

I dealt with quite a few dealerships and salespeople while car shopping, so the experience I received at Motorwerks really stood out by comparison, it was exceptional. The whole process went so smoothly and quickly I was really surprised. And the used 5 series I found exceeded my expectations on both condition and price. My salesman Tu was very professional and knowledgeable, he took great care of me. Financing gave me the same rate as my credit union and they had the tabs on it when I drove out. This is the 20th car I’ve purchased over my lifetime and I’ll definitely come back here next time.
