2017 BMW X5 xDrive35i

I had been looking for a car for quite some time. I am from Reading PA and ended up having nothing but trouble finding honest, dependable sales reps for cars. I had a bad feeling about every single one. I started expanding my search radius- never thinking it would end up showing me cars in Florida- however, I ended up finding a car I fell in love with and Charles had been the one to help me through the whole process. It was quick and painless. He was thorough & happy to answer any questions. He was always making sure I understood everything discussed and made calls to check in as we started the paperwork. He is Incredibly personable and I felt like I could just trust him and that’s huge, especially when you are not able to see or test drive the car before purchasing. I took his word and trusted everything. My car (Kia Forte koup, 2013, was even better than I could have thought up when I got it delivered and saw it in person. I love it so much. It was incredible how flawless the transaction was, how honest and helpful he was. I am hoping to not need a car for a while but when I do I would go back in a heartbeat and recommend, always!! Thank you Charles for your loyalty and knowledge and help with getting me into this amazing car!

We stopped in thinking we wouldn’t walk out with the truck we wanted. Charles was able to get us financed and even found us a better deal on insurance. Charles was by far the most personable and helpful car sales person I’ve ever worked with. Would definitely recommend Charles to anyone looking for a vehicle. And this lot has some extremely nice vehicles that are priced very reasonably
