Adam was very attentive, fair, and super easy to work with. Even went the extra mile in cleaning and wiping the car down before handing over the keys. Because of Adam, and how he represented the Clear Shift brand, we will definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a car to head over to Adam at Clear Shift. He also made lifelong customers out of us. Great all around experience. Our only issue was there was so much sand and dirt in the vehicle. When I got it home I had to get my air compressor out and blow out every part of the vehicle, then follow with a vacuum. When I put the captains chairs down, I found 3 crayons and 2 gummy bears in the tracks of the seat that I had to dig out and then clean the tracks and sanitize everything. I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t super clean but overall, we are satisfied.
Worked with Abby to get a truck. Got a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500. Overall s great experience. Being four hours away, we were able to get the buying process done over the phone and online which helped take the time commitment away from the in person buying experience. Overall, everyone was super nice and helpful! When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was promptly greeted and handed the keys! Abby was a great help throughout it all and even helped go over a few things when I arrived.
This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. They listened to my wants and were incredibly respectful not to be pushy. They are an honest company. Ryan was wonderful with a great sense of humor. I hate buying cars and avoid it, but I will tell everyone about my experience here. They even got me a better finance deal then my bank did.
