Hello all, when I was in a very difficult point in my life I needed my car serviced and really didn't have a lot of resources to keep my vehicle where it needed to be mechanically. I had a problem with a sensor that regulated my air and heat and my brakes were needing to be serviced. I want to give kudos to Max Buckley and the technical team for helping navigate these very difficult waters. Max did all he could to make sure my car got the care it needed while showing concern for where I was emotionally and financially. He went beyond the call of duty as I'm a retired veteran. Please help congratulate him on a job well done as he perform his duties as a vehicle technician with excellence.

I would like to share my experience today at Global Imports BMW. I will start off by saying that my intention were to finalized a purchase and I realized very soon that I was not to talk today. I left extremely disappointed with the sales department staff as I sat patiently and was told that someone would come see me but never did. Maybe it was the fact that I came dressed in relax clothing not sure if that influence the decision on taking the guest over another guest.I give the sale department only 1/2 a start and service depart a 5 star. After today experience I have decided to take my business elsewhere as I am ready to finalize paperwork but would like another team to look over the paperwork to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. Highlight of my day was Mark who really took the time to get me check in. I also toured around the service center which was nice got speak with some teammates and will bring my vehicle to the service center once I am in BMW. Thank you to all the staff that showed me around. Sales teams I suggest following up with all customers to finalize sales. It’s never about the dollar amount and more of their service that you offer. Carvana removes the salesperson and makes getting in a new vehicle easy and hassle free. I don’t leave things on a negative note so high was being introduced to the highly qualified individual in the service department. Roy, Brandon, Christian, Gianni, Ryan, Francisco, Kevin, Montana. Jon Garner also helped me get in touch with the correct personnel. Update: staff has reached out and help resolve issue.
