2023 BMW X5 xDrive45e

I can't tell you enough good things about this place. I don't work here so don't think that. This is the 5th BMW we have had. Let me tell the story. Three weeks ago I fell in love with a 328 xi, but the love didn't last. The car was not for me. We took it back and told the sales woman (Carol, great lady to work with) that we did not want it and wanted something else. I don't know what kind of pull she has, but we left in a new 430xi 1.5 interest rate, talk about nice. It was very nice. All I can say is thank you Carol from Mike and Harriet Yocum. I forgot, thank you BMW of Sioux Falls.

Got my part ordered within two days! Great work parts department.

I’m a year late doing this review because I didn’t think to do it at the time, but I want to tell the world how much I love the mechanic at this dealership. He (over the phone) diagnosed water in my diesel gas tank. I’m from Texas, we were in Minnesota driving to Idaho, and my car started billowing smoke and slowing down to a creep on the highway. The mechanic was my knight in shining armor. Bless him.
