2020 BMW X3 xDrive30i

I recently purchased a car from Prestige. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a car purchase. Craig, his wife and Sam were all very helpful. He has made sure the car was what I thought it was. He has gone over and above. Another relative bought one and now we need another. I would only use Prestige after this experience. The whole experience was very pleasant. I was uncomfortable about buying my first car (also my first used car). There was no pressure. Everyone was helpful and good at explaining things. I was able to talk to the previous owner. The price was good. So far, I have gone 1500 miles, and the car is working great.

Mike and Craig are top notch people! This is the one and only car buying experience that I have ever enjoyed. They do not try to push vehicles on you, but treat you as if you were part of their family. They actually ask WHY are you looking for a new vehicle and really try to fit a vehicle to your needs. This is huge for me. My wife and I are looking to have a family and we needed a vehicle to fit our needs. Mike asked us all the right questions and gave us his recommendations (which was actually different than what we originally came in for, but he knew it was a better fit for us, and he was SPOT ON). We ended up getting a Lexus RX 350. They did not have the color that my wife was looking for, so Mike went to work and hunted down exactly what we wanted, all within a week.
