I’ve been coming to Classic BMW since ~July 2019. This is the only dealership where I will service my car (Max is awesome!), and now it’s the only dealership where I will buy a brand new BMW. When it was time to make a new purchase I worked with Kayla to pick out the car I’ve been looking for. I’ve had a small fascination with an M440 Gran Coupe for the last 2 years. As I took the car for service I’d often get a chance to drive M440 as a loaner so I had a good idea of what I was getting into and what the vehicle had to offer. I kept in contact with Kayla and we went back and forth to pinpoint the car with exact color and exact features. I wanted a Brooklyn Gray or an Portimao Blue. My previous car was an Estoril Blue so naturally I had a preconceived favorite. The Brooklyn Gray came loaded with many features while Portimao blue had slightly less features. But Kayla made a great point that I’d be spending more time in the vehicle then admiring it from the outside and I opted to go with Brooklyn Gray. To secure the vehicle Classic BMW facilitated a trade with another BMW dealership. Now, for the icing on the cake, or a literal bow on top, when I pulled into the lot I tried to see if I could identify the car. And to my surprise I didn’t see it. I scanned the lot a few more times but I still didn’t see it. But then Kayla redirected my attention to a vehicle under a cover with a literal now on top. That was an awesome experience. I always have a pleasant experience with Classic dealership family. My parents leased/purchased two other cars at Classic Hyundai, so really this is the only dealership / dealership family that we trust. Thank you again.

Shaun Dubecky was phenomenal to deal with. Very knowledgeable about electric cars. Not pushy and represents the brand well. One of my best car buying experiences. Would highly recommend using him. Brought me a great deal and communication was superb. The line up of electric cars make for an unimaginable fun driving experience. Everyone at Classic went above and beyond.

Troy and Chris were simply the best salesman and finance officer I've ever dealt with. They were immensely knowledgeable, professional, funny, and easy to work with. I have wanted a Mini Cooper for so long and they made the process a breeze!! I highly recommend this dealership.
