I recently purchased a used BMW X3 and truly had a “premier “ experience!. My sales representative, Paul Capparella, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. On the test drive I noted a vibration from the front of the car at highway speed. When the car was delivered BMWCC had balanced all four wheels and performed an alignment. They also delivered the car with a full tank of fuel. They also provided me with a $35 gift card to compensate for the Mass state inspection! Truly outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this dealership and Paul. I’ll return the next time I’m in the market for another vehicle.
