It was my pleasure working with McGovern Hyundai of Danvers for my recent lease of a 2025 Tucson. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed before my arrival, which quickly diminished by the warm friendly greeting. General sales Manager Eric Thorner and sales representative Ajay Sharma exceeded my expectations. The respect Eric showed his team made me feel at ease that I was in good hands. Ajay was extremely knowledgeable, showing me all the features the 2025 Tucson offers. I valued his time and patience with me as I’m not very tech savvy. What I appreciated the most was I never felt I was dealing with “pushy salesmen”. Eric and Ajay both appreciated my transparency as I didn’t want the process to take all day, and I was “sticking to my budget “. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. My time spent at McGovern Hyundai Danvers was smooth and enjoyable. There were no hidden fees at the time of purchase which was appreciated. Eric and Ajay prioritize Customer Satisfaction, both following up with me after the purchase. I was pleasantly surprised as I walked into the dealership how many employees walked by and just greeted me as they were already helping another customer. The atmosphere was very relaxed and with no pressure. People just willing to help and answer any questions. Employee insisted that I drove the vehicle to make sure it was what I was looking to buy explaining features at the time. I eventually ended up buying a new Genesis upon which I received excellent pricing. Due to the fact I live in NH the vehicle was delivered to me. When delivered I then again received a total explanation of the features, and they helped with the programming to my specifications. Matt then followed up several days' latter to see if there were any further questions.
