HUGE shout out to David Ponce at BMW San Diego for such a wonderful experience!! It was my first time finally buying a BMW. I briefly stopped by BMW in previous years, but didn’t connect with the sales person really or find a car that suited me so I moved on to other brands that better fit. I tried BMW again this time and David knew exactly what I was looking for after a brief conversation. He immediately gave me better options than what I saw online and let me know they were available to test drive. I was still unsure, but he wasn’t pushy and I didn’t feel pressured at all, which can be rare in this industry. He’s a really down to earth person and super patient. He gave me a couple days to think about it and I sure enough came back for this car. He walked me through the process and was super fair and transparent about what they could realistically do, as well as letting me know how the car market is just different than it was years ago when I last dealt with a dealership. There were a couple things we had to follow up on after purchase and he made sure we got it done. I couldn’t be happier with this decision! I’m sure every sales person there is nice too, but I recommend everyone go to this dealership and work with David. You won’t be disappointed. I look forward to working with David again in the future and remaining a BMW customer.
