I always have an excellent overall experience when bringing my vehicle to the Premier Kia Service Center. I’m always seen right away by a Service Advisor, given an accurate time frame estimate for service completion, and made aware of all recommendations. All team members are very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Went in for the recall repairs on my 2015 Kia, and they threw in a 7 pt inspection and rotated the tires on the car for free. No other repairs were needed. I love how, unlike most dealers, they don't act like they are all about the money and pressure sales. They seem to actually want you to have a good experience and treat you with kindness and respect. Best interaction with a dealership in years. That's why I always go back to them.
