2024 Kia Optima GT-Line FWD

I had an excellent experience purchasing my 4Runner from this dealership. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Josh was fantastic to work with on the sales side—he handled the test drive, walked me through the vehicle in detail, and made sure all the paperwork was straightforward and easy to understand. He was knowledgeable, patient, never pushy, and super personable which I really appreciated. Nate in finance did a great job explaining all the numbers and options clearly, making the financing process quick and painless. Everything was laid out honestly, and I felt confident in the decisions I was making. Rico was also great to work with and helped make the overall experience even better with his professionalism and friendliness. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. When I tell you, I spent all day at this dealership… I literally spent six hours there. I spent about two hours there two or three nights ago. I exhausted the used car inventory of about six different dealerships in an around the Charlotte area and hands down the service level from Danny and Austin was the best. Austin drove with me to get opinions from my kids and family…he treated me like family. I had never bought a car on my own (?)…they guided me through the process, took me on countless test drives and put me in the best car for ME. Not the one they wanted to sell. They went above and beyond. The entire team was amazing…even shared their pizza and munchkins with me. 20/10 highly recommend. Would buy here again. Will buy here again. Thanks guys!!!! We were looking for a new or used Jeep for a couple of months and ended up going with Randy Marion Lake. They had a great 2024 Jeep Willys package that had all the bells and whistles. The price was better than anything else I found. They were very easy and no nonsense to work with. Met all of our needs. Did a very good job of sending us videos and giving us information about this Jeep as we are in a different state and would not be able to see it before buying it. Doing all the paperwork was quick and easy as they sent the complete package with everything marked and a return envelope. A big shout out to Austin, who is on the ground making sure that our Jeep was everything that we were looking for and Nate, who is behind the scenes making sure that everything runs smoothly with all the finances and paperwork.
