Jayden and Veronica in sales, Link and Eric in Finance were absolutely amazing to work with! I hate going to car dealerships because I do not like being assaulted and that’s how I feel at other dealerships, but from the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we felt like we were amongst friends. We waited a long time for the newly released Sorento - the sales staff kept connected with us for over 10 months and provided quality service throughout the process. When our allocated vehicle was delayed multiple times, they found my vehicle at another dealership. At the time of purchase, they provided a great tutorial on all the fun new features of our Kia.
