2015 Kia Optima EX AT

For the first time ever I can say I enjoyed buying a car. Integrity was top notch! Vanessa (sales), Annette (Finance), and Nick (Service) were awesome! Took me 90 minutes from walking in to driving away. I got a smoking deal, a very fair trade-in, finance didn’t try to rake me over the coals for a service contract, and Nick from Service called to let me know they were going to put new tires on the vehicle as part of the sale after it was purchased (they didn’t have to). That just doesn’t happen in today’s dealerships. They have something different going on in their business and it works. Good product, the cars are all nice and in good shape. Good sales personnel. Fantastic customer service! Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking. Without integrity you can’t have honor. This is an honorable dealership and I would recommend it to anyone.

Nolan Kuhn was awesome to work with. From the moment my wife and I pulled on the lot to the moment we drove off the lot he took care of us. He assured us throughout the process that he would take care of us and that process would be quick and smooth. I would highly recommend Nolan and the rest of the team at Integrity.
