Since we were from another state, the transaction was a little more complicated, and we had to rely on him to provide an accurate description of our selection which was just as described. He was very knowledgeable of its features and took the time to make sure we understood all of them. Even a week after the sale he continues to be helpful. Michael Z, who processed our financial transaction and transfer paperwork made the process quick and easy and was especially pleasant. The service and make ready departments did their part well and the car was ready to go when we got there and in perfect condition. Overall our experience was exceptional. Our salesperson Tomas was excellent. He was very concerned about our needs and worked with management to get us the best deal! We purchased a new SUV that had an immediate mechanical issue but between Tomas and Derek the General Mgr they were able to get the situation resolved quickly. I will certainly consider purchasing another vehicle at Arrowhead Chevrolet!
