We have done business with Wes Finch for years and have always been treated well. Their service department does an excellent job working with us to care for all of our vehicles. Luke is a newer member of the team and I am impressed with my recent interactions with him - he made getting three vehicles thru the service department easy and efficient. Time is valuable and he was helpful and considerate. Laurie in the office took my payment over the phone so that we could pick up the last vehicle thru service after hours. I experienced a broken wheel hub on the interstate and received a tow to Grinnel Motors. Not only did the repair my car, we received the BEST customer service. We were there for a long time. They have to get a part from Pella. They recommended a good restaurant, dropped us off and picked us up so we could eat lunch. They were all very sincere, attentive, and treated us so good.
