Best car buying experience I’ve ever had — no question. I went through the Fresh Start program at Dennis Dillon, and honestly, I’m still kind of shocked at how smooth everything went. I brought in my old 2002 Ford Explorer, and they got me approved and driving off in a brand new 2025 Kia — all in the same day. David was incredible. I’ve dealt with car dealerships before, and it’s usually a drawn-out, stressful process, but this was the exact opposite. David made it quick, easy, and actually enjoyable.
