2013 Kia Optima EX Auto

I just want to start by saying how grateful I am to have found this brand new little shop in Williamsport MD on Virginia ave! I just bought a beautiful 2014 Ford focus from USA Auto! I wanted to take a moment to encourage anyone looking to buy a vehicle to give this place a try. They worked with me on a down payment and they did all the financing there themselves. They were extremely flexible and met me wear I was with weekly payments. I could tell they just really wanted to help me. From the moment I walked in and met Joelle I knew I was on the right path. She went above and beyond in every aspect. Joelle worked tirelessly for days to straighten out a tag issue on my end. Joelle did everything she possibly could do and she kept me updated every day until my tag was ready. She and her husband gave me a rental car at no extra charge for several days while the issue got straightened out. I can't say enough good things about this whole experience.Throughout these few days I got to become very close with Joelle and her beautiful young family. They are the epitome of the American dream in my opinion. They came from Cameroon a few years ago and worked so hard to start a new chapter in their lives and this brand new business that just opened a couple weeks ago. They have three gorgeous little boys that I can tell they love dearly. They are such a nice little family, I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful car, but even more grateful to have made such a beautiful friend ? Give this place a try, you'll be glad you did!
