Jose is THE BEST!!! Hes friendly, cool, fun to be around. And he also makes his customers very comfortable!!! His customer service is GREAT! He explains everything and makes sure his customers are satisfied by the time you leave!! Will go the extra mile for his customers!! Cant go wrong with him!!!

I just got a car from them this past friday. Love my new car. The day we went in service was a bit slow as they were very busy and had 2 employees call in for that day. But everyone was very welcoming and very friendly and very apologetic for service being so slow. If you happen to stop in there ask for Poblo Martinez he was the one who went threw the whole process with me (application, test drive) he was simply the best. I think I laughed threw the whole thing! He will do what he can to get you approved and in a car. I highly recommend Tyler Public Automotive Group!!! You can tell them I referred you!!!!

Jessica was amazing while putting up with me and my tough negotiator ( my 5 yr old son Ty). She helped us find a good deal on a great car. My son and I are very pleased with the customer service we received as well as the large selection of gently used cars. Would recommend to anyone.
