Andre in sales and Dustin in finance were both excellent to work with. Andre is very casual (in the best way) and floats you throughout the experience. We were there for about 4 hours (knowing what we wanted as well as having a trade in) and we made it happen. They made us feel welcome and navigated our purchase needs with understanding and respect. We were able to work together to agree to a purchase that made us all happy! They were extremely generous and accommodating when it came time to run the numbers, and again we were able to sign on an amount we felt comfortable with. It was an extra bonus leaving the table and getting into our brand new vehicle (which was 2 trim packages above what we were looking for) knowing that we didn’t feel nickeled and dimed, and a fair price was reached for both parties. I had a great experience at Greenway Kia of Franklin! Brandon was very helpful in setting up my visit the following day, by researching ahead of time for me and giving me prospective monthly payment amounts. I met with Joseph the next day who was very helpful and enthusiastic about what he does. We looked at a Forte GT-Line first, which did not seem a good fit. Joseph wasted no time in driving to another location and bringing back a Forte GT - turbo, sunroof, heated/ventilated seats and premier stereo system - which was ultimately the one I bought. Beautiful car and exciting to drive! Joseph taught me all I needed to know, got me on the app and I was ready to go. In finance, Dustin made the process quick, simple and with no surprises. I highly recommend these guys..go see them!
Highly recommend working with this dealer if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle. Didn’t get the perfect deal but am overall satisfied with what they had to offer. Ronnie Carter is laid back and easy going. If i had to buy again a second time i would call him. The GM was cool and very engaged on the sales floor.
