2015 Kia Optima EX AT

I’ve been here for service 3 times in the past month. Each time they were most helpful! The first time was urgent. They found a way to temporarily fix my car’s issue until they could order a part and make the repair. The third time they weren’t able to complete all of the work as planned and I was pleased with the way they compensated me for the delay. I highly recommend Concord Kia and appreciate Kris for his friendly/personable service.

Great experience, unmatched service. Eva was nice and helpful. She explained and walked us through new cars available, trim levels, perks of every car that we were interested in. Chris, the manager, gave us a great council on financing. Even thou the was a storm that day and troubles with Internet Service Provider, they went beyond the call of duty to help us purchasing of the car. Most pleased with experience. Me and my wife are now happy owners of a new Kia Forte 2023.
