Twin City Hyundai took such great care of me this morning! I've had my 2014 Tuscon's engine replaced and the knock sensor keeps pulling. I took it to Grayson and though they did an update, the customer service was severely lacking (they couldn't locate my car when I called about it, they said they heard a mysterious "funny noise" when there wasn't one, etc.). Twin City got me an apt the day after I called to make one & saw me right away upon arrival. They ran some software updates, and my car was still going into limp mode, so they offered me a loaner so I wouldn't be waiting all day (no other dealership has offered one to me during this entire debacle). The staff genuinely cared about my situation and I cannot recommend Glenn in service or Michelle at the front desk enough! It's so hard to find honest, good people in the dealership industry & I wish I would have worked with Twin City before buying my car at Carmax. You're definitely in good hands with these guys!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Daniel Morgan at Twin City Hyundai! I was in a tight spot, with a broken car and bad timing. Luckily, Daniel and Twin City made my car buying process fast and easy! Daniel listened to my needs, made sure I understood my options, and pointed me in the right direction! I was in and out with a brand new car in under 2 hours! I have already recommended Twin City and Daniel to friends and family! Thank you again!
