I had my vehicle towed to Evergreen Kia due to a check engine light. Upon arrival, I was initially in distraught by the provided information, but after a few phone calls, the situation improved. The next step was addressing the warranty issue, as I was 3,000 miles outside of the original warranty. Fortunately, Brain contacted Kia and obtained approval for a good faith repair. I appreciate his efforts in resolving the issue, and it took no time to have my vehicle back.
