We bought a 2001 Ford F150 that had an oil leak and grinding brakes. We took it back and they let us drive away in a 2011 Ford Fiesta with 110k less miles than the truck had. Update: Fiesta had slipping transmission. Took it back. Update #2: Helped friend return malfunctioning vehicle. They wound up getting a better car and better deal.
