2015 Kia Optima EX Auto

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new 2024 Kia Sportage from Royal and when I say it was the most amazing, positive, and stress free experience, I 100% mean it! Jesus Camargo was my sales manager and Juan Vazquez was my sales person and they are the dream team! My husband and I did everything over the phone, we signed electronically and the only time we went into the dealership was to sign a couple of papers and take delivery of my new car! I used to work at Royal a couple of years ago, and their philosophy is incredible, and to be on the other side of the desk was a beautiful experience because they do what they say they are going to do, they are respectful of your time, and so knowledgeable! I would like to give a big thank you to Wendy and Keith at Royal Kia. They made my first car buying experience a joy. I had been really nervous for weeks waiting for this day but from the second Wendy greeted us my nerves started to disappear. She was so sweet right from the start and even had a dozen roses waiting for me on the car when it was time to drive it off the lot.
