2012 Kia Optima EX AT

I bought my 2015 Jetta a few weeks ago now and can confidently say that buying this car from Park Auto Sales was the best decision I’ve made! I experienced great customer service with Felix, who treated us like family from the minute we stepped on his lot (without an appointment). He made us feel at home let us test drive multiple cars and I felt no pressure to make a purchase. I went to a lot of other car dealerships but there was nobody who treated me as well as Felix, putting my needs above his own! He checked in on me a few weeks later to see if the car had any issues and has been helpful with a variety of other car services I was looking for. I would recommend anyone who is looking for used car in good condition to go check out Parks Auto Sales!! Awesome place.

We recently bought a 2017 Kia Soul. Felix, Monica, and Damion were great to work with. Not at all aggressive in their sales approach, yet very attentive to our questions and concerns. They even were willing to negotiate with us - dropping the sales price - on a needed repair we discovered after the bill of sale had been signed. They did not need to lower the price in this instance (or even negotiate with us) but they did, I believe, as a way of making sure we were fully pleased with the sale and the car. Additionally, the repair garage and mechanics who have worked on our cars for years happen to be the place where Parks Auto takes all of their cars to be fully checked before putting them on their lot for sale. This gave us great peace of mind. We highly recommend Parks Auto Sales for used car purchases!

I purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima and the staff was amazing very helpful throughout the entire process ! Very stress freee process.. The car works perfectly fine I’ve had no issues and Felix is really awesome with communication and working with you !! He check’s in even weeks after just be sure everything is okay & its much appreciated! There was no hassle to get my Tag and registration they handled it all!! 10/10 would recommend if looking for an affordable , properly working vehicle!! Thanks park auto sales!!!
