It was a great experience all the way around! From the time we walked in the door we were being helped in a professional and friendly manner. We were not forced into anything and was encouraged to test drive everything before we made our decision. Orv explained financing and warranties to us in a way that we understood it all, and worked with us to get us a great vehicle at a great price. This place was so much better then the others shops I went to. I live over an hour away in north Olmsted and I happened to finally find my car at inmons through a friend. Orville was a very kind, very genuine and honest guy.
