It has been 5 years, since Doug and his crew sold me this explorer. He is a man of his word, he gave me a 2 year warranty, and anytime I brought something to his attention. He made sure to take care of it, for the full length of the warranty. He never complained or became combative he just took it in and fixed the issue. I bought this 2006 Ford explorer with 120k miles, and now it's pushing 220k miles and still runs great. A few sets of tires and breaks and a new set of plugs and coils. Nothing major really. I love this explorer just as much as the first day I bought it. Thank you Doug for getting me in a nice ride. Right before my first born son. Now I have 3 kids, and I'm glad to say this explorer is apart of the family.
