Nikki and the team at Team Knipmeyer were great. We live out of town and they stayed late so we could come close on a deal. We also got all the paperwork done ahead of time so we were in and out very quick. The customer service is outstanding and at no time did I ever feel pressured into anything. I've purchased at other dealers in Quincy before and left with a bad feeling, I can happily say this was the opposite feeling here at Team Knipmeyer. Great service. Friendly people. Highly recommended.

The easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Nikki was extremely friendly and the entire transaction took less than an hour from test drive to walking out the door with the car! They weren't able to come down on price, but their asking price was extremely competitive to begin with. The vehicle that I bought was in excellent condition and was well taken care when I bought it. Overall, I would highly recommend Knipmeyer if you're looking for a friendly local dealership that puts the customer first, unlike many larger dealers.

First off I've always been nervous when going through a process of buying a car. However, after searching long and hard at other places I stumbled upon Knipmeyer in Beardstown. I called to make sure she had a vehicle and Nikki didn't pressure me to give her a name or number or any information. Most places ask up front about you so they can keep calling you back when you tell them you aren't interested in a car anymore. Not the case with Knipmeyer. This family owned business made me feel comfortable and the people were down to earth so I felt more at ease to talk to them about all the fears and questions I had. They had a lot of good models with great prices. I myself found a 2015 model with 80xxx miles on it for 8xxx. My payments are only 150?!?! You can't beat that at a regular dealership. I did a trade in and only had to out a little bit down (300) for down payment. The bank is easy to work with as well. This whole process has been amazing and is what all dealerships should strive to be. Only downfall is the short warranty that we got with vehicle but we felt safe because there mechanics do an amazing job to make sure vehicle is top notch. Thank you Team Knipmeyer for making this process an easy choice!!
