I was out casually shopping and came across a pretty good deal I couldn't pass up on. Felt like I was at any store making a purchase and was very quick I likely wasted more time than them but they were patient. Update: I purchased the oil maintenance plan with my used vehicle RAM 1500 and went in for my first change took about an hour they had a ton of cars before me but Astros was playing in the lobby so that kept me distracted. Service was quick and even got a nice car wash.
From the time I stepped into the dealship Vernon Addison the sales rep. Who assisted me was so professional. No haggling, great staff, Brian the finance manager got the deal done in record time.
