Service department is one of the best, if not the best, in North Texas. Pulled into Dalhart from Colorado dragging my travel trailer with my DEF indicator on my 2024 1500-Trail Boss showing empty and needing to refill soon. Speed will be limited. I had just filled the reservoir tank in Clayton NM and it was full to overflowing. Told Lorie my predicament and then Rick told me to pull up to the service door, trailer and all. Plugged into the diagnostics with his little gadget. Dan came out with the laptop and reset the diagnostics codes. 5:15pm on Tuesday and I was imagining the worst. 15 minutes later we were on our way home to Nocona. Everything back to normal. You guys and gal are the best. Can't thank you enough.
The good folks in the service department at Hart Chevrolet helped out our family when we were in a real pinch. We were traveling with the kids and the dogs and had a mechanical issue. They got us right in, got us all fixed and back in the road within a couple hours. Amazing and compassionate people! Can’t recommend the highly enough. Thank you!
