2016 Kia Optima LX AT

I bought a truck from them that broke down and had to be towed 24 hours after buying it. I called and they told me to have it towed wherever I wanted and they would cover it. They held up there end and paid the bill after it was repaired. Over the next few weeks the truck had some more issues and had to be towed again. Everyone Ideal paid for the shop bill. After about the 4th issue I talked with Nick and we agreed to trade the truck back in on something else. They pretty much gave me my money back on the truck towards another one. I’ve not had any issues from my current truck and couldn’t be happier. They went above and beyond what they had to do and worked with me when they didn’t have to.

looking for a dodge caravan online and found there are three there, all priced pretty good. After the weekend, only one left. called them to ask whether price is negotiable, they said no, it is fine, because the price is already good. went to have a test driving, to my surprise the van was prepared so good, not like a 2016 van with 65k mileage. I have to said the detailed work very good done. They let me test drive the van myself alone. I can't find anything wrong with the van. Now I have the van about one month, drove more than 1.5k miles, only a very small part not good, it is an used car, so acceptable. I have a very good experience with them, recommended.

Bought a Chevrolet truck about 3 and a half years ago and have had no problems! Will definitely be back when I decide to trade it in
