2016 Kia Optima LX AT

Great experience! No pressure. Let me check the car out at my own pace. Told me I was free to take it by a mechanic friend, during test drive if I wanted to. Was quick on the sales part, though I also wasn’t financing, so that sped things along. Was a casual and hassle free experience, how buying a used car should be! 10/10.

Came here to look at a vehicle on a Friday. They were friendly and not at all pushy. I decided I wanted it, but they were about to close and I worked all weekend so I was unable to make it happen until early the following week. They were very communicative with me in making sure that I did not miss out in the vehicle and they dealt with me being a huge pain all week with my conflicting schedule vs their hours of operation. Finally, nearly a week after i had initially test driven the car, we got everything squared away. I am grateful for their patience (and that they even let us come in a little earlier than they were usually open to sign the paperwork!) Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and who I bought the car through, I recommend Just Auto if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

My husband went to look at a few trucks they had on the lot, and after test driving a few of them he was still uncertain on what he wanted. Alex (the owner) came up and started talking to him about the trucks and what he wanted. My husband decided on a Toyota Tundra and Alex was more than willing to negotiate on the price and made my husband an offer he couldn’t pass on!! Needless to say an hour or so later my husband came home with a “new” to him truck which he’s absolutely obsessed with! Overall he said Just Auto is a great dealer and will definitely purchase another vehicle from them. They’re very people oriented, and great honest guys! 10/10
