I was very happy with my purchase. I have been looking for a good fit for a new to me car for quite some time. I am excited about my purchase of my 2012 Mini Cooper from Access Auto. Kenny and Mo both were first class to deal with. My observations around the lot was all high end vehicles. Kenny was reasonable as I live about 3 hours away from Kernersville North Carolina where the dealership is located. I came from East Tennessee. Whenever my daughter needs a first car in a couple years or my wife needs a new van or car I won't hesitate to reach out to Access Auto based off my experience. I recommend this dealership to anyone.
I saw a suv at this car lot that I wanted. I got there and Kenny helped me so much! He told me all about the car, he explained how things worked. We went for a test drive and he continued to inform me about different aspects of the sub. I highly recommend this place. They are kind, honest and they really have great prices. I felt completely at ease the entire time. Also, some car lots take forever to get you out the door. He told me he would have me out the door in 7 minutes, I think it was less. He is wonderful! Give them a try if your looking for a vehicle. They are so personable and you will leave with a smile on your face.
I bought my first car from here and Kenny and his finance manager have been angels! They made my process super easy and went above and beyond with helping me purchase my first car which I love, the finance manager even got us a great deal on the finance of my car and helped to fix an issue I had with the car after i bought it.
