The two gentlemen who assisted us went above and beyond to ensure my daughter’s first car was perfect. They were incredibly polite and reassuring throughout the process, conducting a thorough inspection of the vehicle before we made our purchase. Working with these guys has been a pleasure. I got a car from them when I was really desperate and they were able to work with me and get me something I could actually afford. I was able to pay it off in a year with no interest and it has had some issues but no more than one should expect out of a car the age and mileage I got, so I knew what I was getting into. The only complaint I could possibly have is that it is hard to get a reply to calls and texts in a timely manner or to determine if they'll actually be at the office on any given day because they stay so busy, but with improvement in that area I would absolutely recommend anyone (who has reasonable expectations of used cars) to do business with them. I have never worked with car salesmen who treat you more like a family member than a customer to try to scalp or screw over. They have good character and it shows ????
