My husband and I searched and searched for the vehicle that was just right for our family. We found what we thought was the suv our family needed in Lousianna at a dealership called Barksdale auto sales. Well we live 7 hours away in Alabama. So we loaded up and headed that way and when we got there it was everything we expected. Vol the manager that sold us the car was very responsive to my messages even FaceTimed me to show me the vehicle. He was very nice and told us local places to eat and we test drove it and we got it. We had a lot of hiccups along the way getting a rental and a few other things and we kept in contact with Vol, and I will say he helped us every step of the way and made things right when it came to everything on the car and doing exactly what he said and this was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had and I appreciated that and I very happy with how he was and so prompt to get back to me and my husband with any questions or concerns we had.
