FIRST TIME CAR BUYER!! I, unexpectedly, was in need of a new vehicle while visiting the city. I was referred to Infiniti of Birmingham and I’m so grateful for the referral. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by Tiffany. Her, Mark and the rest of the team, that i interacted with, made my experience as stress-free as possible. They helped me locate a vehicle that suited me perfectly. I know next-to-nothing about buying a car but Tiffany took her time with me and made sure to explain the entire car-buying process to me in full detail. I recently purchased my QX60 from INFINITI Birmingham and I had the best car buying experience from everyone I encountered at the dealership, especially my salesperson Tiffany. Tiffany was so very personable and made sure I was satisfied and understood every step of the buying process from the point of finding me the right vehicle which had to be shipped to the dealership all the way to checking on me to make sure all is well after my purchase. She is so great to work with along with the sales and finance managers. Overall, excellent experience and I absolutely recommend for anyone in the search for their next vehicle.
